Four North Dakota 4-H’ers were among more than 1,200 youth who participated in the 2008 National 4-H Congress.

This program gives youth an opportunity to become involved in the sheep industry and build their own flock.

Applications for the Starter Flock Discounted Loan Program are due Aug. 15.

Two dates and locations are available for North Dakota youth.
