Greenhouse Workers
Please list employees (graduate students and temporary employees included) who will be working in the greenhouse on a regular basis. It is the supervisor's responsibility to ensure workers have completed greenhouse training before working unsupervised in the facility.
Pest Control
All chemical applications in the greenhouse will be conducted by greenhouse staff. Yellow and blue pest strips will be placed in each greenhouse room to help monitor insect outbreaks. (Please choose all services you would like)
