Service charges are assessed based on the square footage of bench space in the room.  If benches are not used, the service charge is assessed on the square footage of the room.  This rate is reviewed regularly and is subject to change.

$0.88 per square foot of bench space per month

Growth Chamber Rates

• 6 square foot chambers- $2 per day
• 12 square foot chambers- $2.50 per day
• 15-16 square foot chambers - $3 per day
• 20 square foot chambers - $4 per day
• 28 square foot chambers- $5 per day
• 40 square foot chambers- $6 per day
• 64 square foot chambers- $9 per day
• 145 square foot chambers- $20 per day
