NDSU Extension to Offer Online Gardening Forums

The Spring Fever Garden Forums will be held on Monday evenings from March 21 to April 12.

Do you want to grow a beautiful yard and garden?

North Dakota State University (NDSU) Extension will be broadcasting its Spring Fever Garden Forums online from March 21 to April 12. The live forums will be held on Monday evenings, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. CDT and are open to all interested gardeners.

Topics will include how to grow vegetables and fruits, design flower gardens, attract bees, care for lawns, grow herbs, keep trees healthy and much more.

“This is a great opportunity for gardeners to learn about the latest research from NDSU,” says Tom Kalb, NDSU Extension horticulturist. “They can watch live presentations and ask their questions to the researchers and Extension specialists.”

The forums are hosted at 29 county NDSU Extension offices across the state. Gardeners have the option of participating online at home as well.

Approximately 700 gardeners participate every year. The forums are free to attend.
