Invasive Pest Threats
Below are some common examples of invasive pests which are spreading through various parts of North America. Many of these pests are being tracked or monitored as they pose a significant risk to the health of trees. As of now only Dutch Elm Disease has been confirmed as present in North Dakota; however some pests like Emerald Ash Bore (EAB) have been reported in areas near or around the state.
