White Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz.) can cannellini beans
- ¼ cup parsley
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ¼ cup pain Greek yogurt
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor, processing until smooth.
2. Serve with a variety of raw vegetables such as celery, peppers, and carrots.
Makes 10 servings.
