Healthy Snacks: Apple Banana Bites - Video
NDSU Men's Basketball player Freddy Coleman makes Apple Banana Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 2 Tbsp. low-fat peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon/sugar mix
Directions:
- Wash apple, remove core and cut into thin, round slices or wedges.
- Wash, peel and slice banana.
- Using butter knife, spread layer of peanut butter on apple slices.
- Top with banana slices.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar.
Makes two servings. Each serving has 180 calories, 25 g carbohydrate, 8 g fat and 4 g protein.
