Former NDSU Women's Basketball Coach Carolyn DeHoff makes Ants On A Log.

Ants on a Log

Ingredients:

  • 5 celery stalks
  • 1/2 cup low-fat peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Wash celery stalks.
  2. Cut celery stalks in half.
  3. Spread peanut butter on each celery stick.
  4. Top with raisins.

Makes five servings. Each serving has 190 calories, 14 g carbohydrate, 13 g fat and 6 g protein.
