Bismarck Youth Wins in State Fair 4-H Static Exhibits

The 4-H'er received a champion for a horticulture project.

Scout Wheeler of Bismarck was a winner in the 4-H static exhibit division at the North Dakota State Fair in Minot.

The Burleigh County youth received a champion award for a horticulture project.
