Food Safety Certification Program Canceled
NDSU cancels its May food safety certification course.
The North Dakota State University Extension Service has canceled its two-part Food Protection Manager Certification course set for May 6 and 13.
The course, which is for food safety and kitchen managers, supervisors and anyone else who is responsible for serving safe food to the public, will be rescheduled for October. The new dates have not been set yet.
