Crambe Research and Development Effort in North Dakota
Crambe, a crop which yields an oil high in erucic acid, was identified as having potential for commercialization. A multidisciplinary team of researchers at North Dakota State University identified problem areas in crambe production or utilization and initiated studies to begin addressing these areas of concern.
