The 2016 annual meeting meeting was hosted by Chairman Marcus Jackson with the assistance of John Ball at the West River Agricultural Station in Rapid City, South Dakota on November 16, 2016. Subjects covered included GPTPC member presentations and state reports. The agenda was shortened so that attendees could travel home before an approaching winter storm arrived.
