Healthy Snacks: Apple Banana Bites - Video

NDSU Men's Basketball player Freddy Coleman makes Apple Banana Bites


  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tbsp. low-fat peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon/sugar mix


  1. Wash apple, remove core and cut into thin, round slices or wedges.
  2. Wash, peel and slice banana.
  3. Using butter knife, spread layer of peanut butter on apple slices.
  4. Top with banana slices.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar.

Makes two servings. Each serving has 180 calories, 25 g carbohydrate, 8 g fat and 4 g protein.
