Eat More Fruits and Veggies with Snack Bags
Entice your family to eat more fruits or vegetables as a snack. Make "snack bags" by rinsing and cutting up fresh produce and placing serving-size amounts in small zip-top bags. For example, package a couple of celery sticks, a few baby carrots and a couple of small peppers or pepper slices for a grab-and-go snack. Make a "fruit snack bag" by placing a few strawberries, grapes, and blackberries in a baggie. Place them in an easy-to-see spot in your refrigerator.
