Zeiss Axio Observer Z1 LSM 700

The Zeiss Axio Observer confocal laser scanning microscope can scan samples sequentially point by point of multiple points at once. The pixel information is assembled into an image and as a result, you acquire optical sections with high contrast and resolution in X, Y, and Z. This microscope is capable of brightfield, DIC (Differential Interference Contrast), and fluorescent imaging. Zeiss ZEN software controls the microscope and allows for fluorescent channel acquisition, Z-stacks, and time lapse.
