Pesticide Application Request Form

Requests for pesticide applications for Thursday need to be made by noon on Wednesday. Requests for pesticide applications for Monday need to be made by noon on Monday. Applications are made between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Please ensure workers have exited the greenhouses during this time. If workers are present in your greenhouse, chemical applications will NOT be completed.
