Student wins the poster presentation at 2023 NDSU Research Day

Mankanwal Goraya is an M.S. student in the Department of Plant Pathology. She participated in the NDSU Student Research Day 2023 and was awarded the 4^th position in the poster presentation section. Her research focuses on the “Reproduction and molecular detection of plant-parasitic nematodes associated with potato”. Her major Advisor is Dr. Guiping Yan.  She will begin her Ph.D. degree in the Department of Plant Pathology and Environmental Microbiology at Pennsylvania State University to continue her love for nematode research with emphasis on plant-parasitic nematodes (PPN).
