Please attach the 4-H member's 4-H Summary sheet from their 4-H Yearbook and/or the ND Personal Goal Plan and 4-H Project Plans for each year in 4-H and/or the Williams County 4-H Project Record/Awards Application. (as many as possible) Special emphasis should be given to the member’s contribution to 4-H at the club and county level- not just their individual accomplishments. An outstanding member also strengthens the organization. Remember, this is not an outstanding club member, it is a county award. Make sure, that participation at levels beyond the club are emphasized. Exhibiting projects at the fair is not considered participation in an event. Fundraising is also important to the success of the entire program- the Pop Shoppe and auction sales provide funds for many county programs.
