Fair Flyer - Thank you ads for those going through premium sale. 

Camping Request See form for mailing address. Checks payable to Wells County Fair Board.

Food Booth Charge Account Required for charging at the food booth. 

Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Indentification Number and Certification) 4-Her must give to premium sale buyer.
