Please click on a committee for more information, minutes and agendas. Committee sign-up occurs each year at the fall Leaders Council meeting. If attendance at the meeting is not possible, please contact the Extension office prior to or immediately following the meeting to sign up.

Executive Committee

The 4-H Executive Leader's Committee shall be comprised of the 4 council officers, the council's at-large member, and the Stutsman County Extension office's 4-H Program Assistant as an ex-officio non-voting member. (as of new by-law approval 3-8-16)

Horse

The Horse committee is responsible for organizing and planning events that are related to the Stutsman County 4-H horse program. This is a standing committee and sign up is annually.

Livestock

The Livestock committee is responsible for planning and organizing events related to the Stutsman County 4-H livestock program. This is a standing committee and sign up is annually. Regular meetings are scheduled each year for October, February, May and after the Beef/Dairy show at the Stutsman County Fair. See below for agendas and minutes.

Youth Skill Development Committee

This committee sets up and organizes the following events/contests: Clothing Revue, Communication Arts, consumer decision making, project expo, static exhibits at the fair, and youth activity day. These core events are integral to the education of our youth in how to handle yourself in front of people, decision making skills and working with others. Parents, members and leaders are urged to take part in this committee. It is a standing committee and needs to be signed up for annually.
