Grant Application Forms
This is for a 4-Her who has attended a 4-H national or state event/camp. A request for this grant does not guarantee that you will receive any money, but if funds are available, it will be considered and reviewed. The application is due in the office with your proof of attendance by September 1, December 1, March 1 and June 1 and is for activity that you have done within the 4-H year. Each application has a maximum amount allowed provided funding is available. In person presentation to the council meeting is highly suggested, and more funding MAY be available if request is valid and money is available.
