Stand in a doorway and reach hands behind you at a comfortable
level (above waist level). With palms forward, hold on to both sides
of the doorway. Let arms straighten as body leans forward. Keep
chest and head up. Hold for six seconds. Return to upright position
and relax for five seconds.
