You can access any of the forums using the instructions below.

Please take a look at the instructions at least an hour in advance of the first forum you are attending to be sure your computer is ready. All sessions will start at 6:30 PM CDT.

Here are the steps for joining the Collaborate session, in case you need them.

1.        Check the computer you will be using for readiness by clicking HERE. In some cases, you need to update your Java. If all of this seems confusing, I encourage you to skip to Step 3 and click on the link to see if Blackboard Collaborate works.

2.        Join the forum 10 minutes early. This will allow time for you to get everything working before the start of the presentation.

3.       To join, follow this link https://sas.elluminate.com/m.jnlp?password=M.86445AD7D8763C371AF185B12880F3&sid=2011364 The same link will be used for all sessions.

4.        If prompted, download and install the "Blackboard Collaborate Launcher."

5.        Be sure to accept and run the small file download (meeting.jnlp) needed to access Blackboard Collaborate. You may have to double-click the file after downloads to run it.

6.        Enter your name.Audio Setup Wizard

7.        Once you are logged in make sure you can hear the presentation. If not,  please run the “Audio Setup Wizard” which is located in the upper right corner of the Video panel (upper left).  It will check your speakers.

8.        Microphones will be turned off during the presentations to prevent disturbance caused by background noises. If you have a question, please type it in the “Chat” box, located in the lower left hand corner of the screen. Questions will be filtered during the forum and read to the speakers, time permitting. We will allow for written questions at the end of the forum, too.

9.    Handouts for the sessions can be downloaded from the Spring Fever web site and printed at home.  Handouts will be posted by noon on the day of the forum.

We are excited to offer this program and look forward to your participation. Happy Spring!
