Rural Leadership North Dakota (RLND) Paused Until March 2021
The decision to pause the program was centered on two major issues: the safety of the participants and others involved in the program, and the quality of the program. The foundation of the RLND program is not only the content, but also the experiences that participants have while in the program.
A new learning series has been created to provide a way for RLND Class IX participants and alumni to connect and continue their leadership development. The series is called Lessons in Leadership and will be delivered via Zoom.
The Zoom meetings will take place one to two times a month. Topics will include timely issues such as North Dakota’s COVID-19 contract tracing response and issues focusing on the three areas of the RLND program: leadership, communities and agriculture.
