North Dakota Farm Service Agency and North Dakota State University Extension will be hosting joint educational meetings intended to help farmers understand the crop commodity program provisions in the 2018 Farm Bill. These meetings will be held throughout the months of January and February at various locations statewide. Below is a brief listing of meeting locations occurring in or near Richland County.
