Richland County is a diverse county; therefore, field specific considerations should be made when looking at rental rates.  Things to consider: soil type/productivity index, drainage, cropping history, tract size/configuration, topography, etc. Please contact Chandra Langseth to discuss field specific examples. Local financial institutions are another resource to consider.
