Howdy!!!

What a beautiful weekend.  I listened to two three football games of interest.  The Devils Lake Firebirds, North Dakota State and University of North Dakota.  Needless to say we all faired quite well.  During this time I spent the entire weekend cleaning my garage.  My oh My how things can add up over the years.  Deb and I made a commitment to throw anything that has been hiding for the past seven years.  It was amazing what we discovered.  I how many times did I hear both Deb and I say “that is where that was hiding”.  How many of you have ever done that?  We cleaned a lot and our garage still does not look like anything has been done.

This is still a great time to go after them pesty weeds.  The weeds are busy gathering all of their nutrients for the long winter season ahead.  Finding days like we are having is absolutely wonderful, warm days and cool nights is what the doctor would order.  Our weeds are becoming more and more difficult to kill so make sure you find the highest active ingredient product you can find and “follow the label directions”.  Make sure you are applying the right pesticide.  Read the label for the weeds you are trying to control.
