Principles and techniques of plant tissue culture and genetic manipulation and their applications to plant improvement. Hands-on experience with plant tissue culture and genetic engineering. 2 lectures, 1 two-hour laboratory. Undergraduate Credit Prereq: PLSC 315. Fall. 3 credits.
