History, botany, cultural practices, harvesting, breeding, physiology, storage, and processing of the potato. 2 lectures. Recommended Coreq: BIOL 150 or BIOL 151, PLSC 110 or PLSC 210. Fall, half semester, odd years. 2 credits.
