Principles of Forage Production

Introduction to alfalfa and other forage crops and their management, identification, preservation, forage quality characteristics, and use of legumes in rotations. 2 lectures, 1 one-hour laboratory, 1 tutorial by arrangement. Prereq: PLSC 110. Fall. 3 credits.
