Introduction to Horticulture Therapy
Horticultural therapy involves the use of plants and gardening activities to facilitate mental and physical rehabilitation. Students will become familiar with facilitation techniques, programs, clients, staff, budgets, facilities, equipment, and the various populations that horticulture therapists serve. 2 lectures and 2 lab hours per week. Spring, even years. 3 credits.
