NDSU Potato Breeder Experiences the 'Good Life in Costa Rica'

NDSU Potato Breeder Asunta Thompson traveled to Costa Rica in February with researchers from NDSU Plant Pathology. The purpose of the trip was to learn about crop production in Costa Rica, share expertise in potato breeding and diseases, and form networks for future cross-cultural collaboration. Thompson's article reflecting on the experience was published in the March 2014 issue of Valley Potato Grower magazine.
