In Memory of Clarence McDonald

Retired NDSU Cereal Science and Food Technology professor Dr. Clarence McDonald recently passed away in Marquette, Kansas. His funeral was held June 23, 2015.

NDSU Cereal Science and Food Technology retired professor Dr. Clarence McDonald recently passed away in Marquette, KS. He worked in the Cereal Science and Food Technology Department from the 1960s to the early 1990s. His colleague Dr. Bert D’Appolonia said that he was hired to conduct research and teach at the graduate level in the area of wheat proteins. He also taught courses including Proteins and Lipids and Instrumental Analysis. He was a member of the American Association of Cereal Chemists. His funeral was held Tuesday June 23, 2015.
