Plant Sciences Graduate Student Symposium

The NDSU Plant Sciences Graduate Student Association is pleased to host the 35th Annual Plant Science Graduate Student Symposium. This two-day symposium provides an opportunity for students in plant sciences to improve public speaking skills, meet new contacts in the industry, collaborate with peers, and build relationships between universities.

The event will include several keynote speakers, networking events, and an opportunity to present research to peers in a more informal environment than a large conference. Student presentations will consist of a 10-12 minute oral presentations in one of five categories.
    1. Agronomy, Horticulture, and Weed Science
    2. Plant Genetics, Breeding, and Bioinformatics
    3. Plant Pathology
    4. Cereal and Food Sciences
    5. Research Proposal (for 1st-year graduate students)

Registration is required by February 1, 2019. Abstracts must be submitted by March 1, 2019.
