Do You Eat These Heart-healthy Foods?

Nutrition experts from WebMD, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the Cleveland Clinic recently assembled a list of heart-healthy foods. Remember, a healthful diet includes a variety of foods, not only these foods.

  • Dry beans, such as kidney, black beans

  • Salmon
  • Soy foods(tofu, soy milk)
  • Spinach
  • Squash
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Tea
  • Tuna
