And the Survey Says.... (October 2018)

Membership has let us know the most important benefits associated with NDNC. According to our online NDNC member survey with 54 responses, these are the top five benefits of being in NDNC:
  • Reduced conference rate for members (8.21)
  • Professional networking opportunities (7.77)
  • Continuing education units (7.30)
  • Demonstrate commitment to a career path in nutrition/health (7.28)
  • Mini-grant opportunities (7.24)

(Based on a 9-point scale with average score in parentheses).

Communication (through the newsletter, listserv and Facebook) ranked as the next item on the list. The majority of respondents (71%) indicated they want to receive the newsletter quarterly, which is our current system.
Finally, about 61% of respondents indicated that they follow the Facebook page. We’d like to see more members interacting with us on Facebook, so here is your invitation!  Visit and click on “like” and “follow.”
Please help us recruit new members to join the North Dakota Nutrition Council.
