Youth are encouraged to bring their 4-H animals for hands-on training in showmanship, fitting, nutrition and animal health. Youth will develop skills in proper daily care of animals to be prepared for the show day. They will have the latest techniques for fitting and clipping in each species.

Please bring only one of each species and a portable carrier for each (ie... 1 rabbit, 1 chicken, 1 duck, etc.).

Who Should Attend?

Area youth (4-H membership not required)  ages 5 and up will have hands-on experience with poultry and rabbits. Jodi Obert of Stanley has agreed to work with the youth with poultry and do all the blood testing following the small animal clinic.
