File Mountrail County 4-H Constitution & Policy Handbook
The Mountrail County 4-H Council, 4-H Standing Committees, office personnel, and attending 4-H members have developed this handbook and it was voted into effect on March 14, 2017. Mountrail County 4-H developed this policy handbook to give those who are involved in our 4-H program a better understanding of the rules & policies that must be met during certain situations and events. Updates may be made when 4-H Council meetings take place. Make sure to read check for updates periodically.
