We are also looking for help with displaying exhibits on Thursday August 4 during interview judging, this can be older 4-H members, parents or other adult volunteers.  We want everything to look great for the public preview on Thursday afternoon so the more help the better and if you are a great “merchandiser”  we would appreciate your expertise!

9:30am                 All 4-H members may begin Interview Judging

If you decided not to enter an exhibit but received exhibit tags, please bring them along with you and hand them in at the check in desk on August 4th.  This will allow us to let the judges know if there have been scratches.

RECORD BOOKS
Reminder if you plan on participating in the livestock and horse events, you must enter a record book to participate in the premium sale.  No exceptions.

LUNCH TICKETS
Lunch tickets are available to purchase on Thursday, August 4 for $10.00.  There is $12.00 on the punch ticket for $10.00 to be used at the 4-H concession stand. Tickets will be available only on Thursday, August 4th.

EXHIBITOR NUMBERS
