North Dakota State Fair Foundation - Scholarships
The North Dakota State Fair Foundation understands the importance of agricultural experiences for our youth. The Foundation works to create multiple scholarships that are
given to students who are involved in community activities; who demonstrate leadership, citizenship, and character; and have exhibited in 4-H, FFA, or Open Class at the North Dakota State Fair.
There are four (4) or more $1,000 scholarships available to students who have participated in competitive experiences at the North Dakota State Fair and who plan on continuing their education at any 2 or 4 year post-secondary educational institution.
Students that apply and meet the basic scholarship requirements will be honored as the "2020 North Dakota State Fair Graduating Class" and will be invited to attend the Friends of the Fair Reception during the 2020 North Dakota State Fair. At that event, four or more scholarship winners will be drawn from the eligible candidates. Applicants must be present to win.
Scholarship application deadline is April 30, 2020. The 2020 Scholarship Application will be posted soon on the http://www.ndstatefairfoundation.com/scholarships website.
Good Luck to those participating in archery and livestock judging this weekend!
Have a great week! Karla Meikle
