FAIR ENTRY

Look for Guidelines and State Fair books to come out the end of May.  FairEntry will open June 1st for registration and will end July 10th.  Due to the amount of members and exhibits we usually receive there will be no extension of the July 10th date. Our timeline is short and we need to prepare and find enough judges.

STATE FAIR

State Fair is still happening as of this date. This year, all LIVESTOCK and HORSE exhibitors will be registering for 4-H State Fair in FairEntry.

CLUB MEETING OPTIONS

There are some options if you would like to have a club meeting and I encourage you to do so.  We can schedule a Zoom through our office or set up a team meeting in microsoft 365. Another option is Free Conference call or a skype.  If you are interested in setting something like this up, please contact Karla.

HORSE STALLING

We will begin to take horse stalling registrations began on June 1.  It is best if you log on to the link provided to complete the required information for your horse stalling.   Please note, we are not guaranteeing anyone inside stalling. I will send out the link the first of May.

CAMPING

Camping will be open for the Morton County Fair on June 1. You will need to go to www.mortoncountyfair.com  to reserve your camping.  We do not take camping reservations in the office.

GIVE BACK NIGHT INFORMATION

I am looking for help for ND Country Fest, Give Back night on Thursday, July 9.  We start working the gates at 4:00, but they are asking us to be there by 4:00 so that we can get set up and are in place for gate opening. We will need to cover the gates until 11:30pm.   This is a great fund raiser for us and is sponsored by ND Country Fest and Jerome Distributing.

STATE FAIR EXHIBITS

North Dakota State Fair exhibits are due into the office by July 10.  All perishables, fresh cut flowers, baked goods, canned goods and eggs can be brought to the office by 9:00am on Tuesday July 14.

Exhibits will be able to be picked up on Monday, July 27.  We will not be in the office a lot that week in preparation for the Morton County Fair.

We are so hoping things will be back to a normal soon.  We are looking forward to summer and all the things that come with it.

As always, please  call the office if you have questions.
