McLean County Fair (4-H Achievement Day)

McLean County Fair is held at the fair grounds at Underwood North Dakota, generally the second week in June. A date will be posted later. 4-H Achievement Day is held the first day of the fair. This page contains links to forms you will need to complete for the county fair - 4-H Acheivement Day.

Project Registration
This form is used to list all projects a 4-H member is bringing to the county fair. This form is carried to each judge by the 4-H member when their project is judged with the ribbon placing marked on the page. When judging is done this form is turned in with the projects that the 4-H member plans to take to the state fair highlighted.

Any 4-H member 14 years old or older can apply to be a 4-H king or queen. The winners are announced at the opening ceremony the first day of the fair. Deadlines are on the form.

These labels need to be with all canning projects.

These labels need to be filled out and placed with (usually taped on the back) of your matted photography.
