Stressed, Depressed, In Crisis?

So many people face stress in their lives. Situations in day to day life can become overwhelming. Many suffer in silence and may mask their feelings.

FirstLink offers callers listening and emotional support, needs assessment, information, referral, suicide support services and volunteer opportunities. A free and confidential Helpline is answered 24 hours a day. Dial 2-1-1 or 701-235-7335

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
