This is a national, evidence-based program designed to help caregivers take better care of themselves. Through a 6-week program, participants learn about reducing stress, improving self-confidence, better communicating feelings, balancing their lives, increasing their ability to make tough decisions and locating helpful resources.

This class has been held in the past and was facilitated by certified class leaders, Karen Bettenhausen, Extension Agent/FCS, and Dorothy Schubert, who is a volunteer with 11 years’ valuable experience as a family caregiver.

Please see the attached brochure for further information about the program.
