2018 Archery

The 2018 Archery season is underway.  The McIntosh County archers are led by Sara Gross and newly certified instructor, Mandy Lange.

McIntosh County 4-H Archery Team started the season strong and continued that trend throughout the year.  The Beginner Bare Bow team placed first in every indoor tournament and ended the season as the state indoor champions! They also went on to earn Champion honors at the State Outdoor Tournament. 

Kenady was in her first year in the junior division. She capped off her year with a 5th place finish in state and a personal best score of 256.  

Camden Wiest, Kya Wiest, Kenady Gross, Hailey Metzger, Elizabeth Pinke, Christy Shockley, and Blaine Gross have competed this year for the team.  Cassidy Shockley also participated in practice.

The team is coached and guided by Sara Gross.
