MONDAY – JUNE 24

              9:00 AM        Registration

              9:30 AM        Interview Judging

10:00 AM        HORSE SHOW, Granville Saddle Club Arena

 

TUESDAY – JUNE 25

                                    POULTRY, RABBIT AND PET SHOW (Roger Berg Arena)

            1:30 PM                      Registration and set-up of Poultry, Rabbits and Pets

            2:00 PM                      Show

 

            2:00 PM – 8:00 PM     CONCESSIONS at School-Archers and Animals

 

                                    STATIC EXHIBITS (TGU Towner School Gym)

            3:00 PM - 4:00 PM      Enter of Static Exhibits

            4:00 PM - 4:30 PM      Opening Ceremonies and Club Pictures

            4:30 PM - 8:00 PM      Interview Judging of Exhibits

            8:00 PM                      Garden Produce and Bake Sale

           

WEDNESDAY – JUNE 26

            9:00 AM – 5:00 PM    Static Exhibits on Display in Gym and Bake Sale Continues

 

                                    LIVESTOCK SHOW (Roger Berg Arena)

            7:30 - 8:30 AM            Enter and Stall Livestock, Interview Judging (time subject to change)

            8:30 - 9:15 AM            Interview Judging

            9:30 AM                      Livestock Show

            7:30 AM – 2:00 PM    CONCESSIONS – Archers & Animals

 

            2:00 PM – 5:00 PM     ARCHERY COUNTY CONTEST – Ages 8 and older

           

            5:30 PM                      MEMBER PICNIC- Towner School, Rising Stars

            6:30 PM                      RELEASE OF STATIC EXHIBITS and CLEAN-UP
