The Kidder County Extension Office has equipment available for check out including:

  • Soil Probe - for soil sample testing
  • Hay Probe - for more consistent and accurate hay nutrient quality analysis
  • Cattle Scale
  • Freeze Brands
  • Moisture Meter - for use in checking moisture presence after experiencing water damage in buildings
  • Infra Red Thermometer - used to identify heat loss areas in the home
