Designing, developing, and teaching volunteers in online formats is an integral part of a comprehensive training program. However, keeping up with how and where volunteers want to access information from us continues to shift. This webinar will provide an overview of the results from a survey and focus group with volunteers who shared how they want to learn in online formats. Then, examples of how programs can use easy tools, such as video, screen capture, and podcasts to reach all volunteers will be shared.
