BBQ Boot Camp - Ward County

Ward County NDSU Extension along with the North Central Research Extension Center and NDSU Animal Sciences will be hosting a BBQ Boot Camp. The program will take place on Wednesday, July 18th, 2018 from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm. at the North Central Research Extension Center (5400 Highway 83 South). This program is geared towards those who want to learn about barbecuing and current topics in the pork, beef, and lamb industry.

There will be 4 BBQ stations including: Spices and Marinades, Meat in the Diet, Degree of Doneness, Pork Carcass Fabrication, BBQ and Meat Selection.

A Full BBQ meal will follow the program including beef brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork, turkey breast, baked beans, potato salad, rolls and sweet tea.

This event costs $45 per person and space is limited, sign-up early.
