The “Field to Fork Wednesday Weekly Webinars” will begin February 14th and continue through the end of April. The 2018 lineup includes the following webinars—

February 14th: Great Seeds and Where to Buy Them in 2018, shared by Tom Kalb, NDSU Extension Horticulturist.

February 21st: Tomatoes, Peppers and Cucumbers: A Snapshot of NDSU’s High-Tunnel Research Project, shared by Kyla Splichal, horticulture research specialist at the NDSU Williston Research Extension Center.

February 28th: GMOs: Separating Fact from Emotion, shared by Esther McGinnis, assistant professor and NDSU Extension horticulturist.

March 7th: Gardening in Small Spaces, shared by Yolanda Schmidt, NDSU Extension agent, agriculture and natural resources, Pierce County.

March 14th: The Health Benefits of Gardening, shared by Julie Garden-Robinson, NDSU Extension food and nutrition specialist.

March 21st: Developing and Selling Food Products That are Safe and Tasty, shared by Clifford Hall, professor, food science, NDSU Plant Sciences Department.

March 28th: Weed Management and Soil Fertility for Organic Vegetable Production, shared by Greta Gramig, associate professor, NDSU Plant Sciences Department.

April 4th: North Dakota Cottage Food Law, shared by Julie Wagendorf, director, North Dakota Department of Health, Division of Food and Lodging.

April 11th: Pesticide Safety: Minimizing Exposure, shared by Andrew Thostenson, NDSU Extension Pesticide Program specialist.

April 18th: Safe Food Sampling at Farmers Markets and Other Venues, shared by Suzanne Driessen, Extension educator, food science, University of Minnesota.

April 25th: Using Scarce Resources: Square Foot Gardening and Raised Beds, shared by Todd Weinmann, NDSU Extension agent, agriculture and natural resources-horticulture, Cass County.
